Since its establishment, Asia Bay Medical Think Tank is committed to being the first medical management consulting company in Taiwan to implement medical operations and smart healthcare. The purpose of the establishment of the company is to use the structural management experience of medical centers and medical holdings to create new medical services and small and medium-sized health undertakings, including: hospitals at all levels, clinics, nursing long-term care institutions and new technology medical treatment, introduce and search for new resources, adjust the new structure to establish a broad external connection, strengthen the interoperability of resources between various institutions and activate the internal adjustment of the organization, and improve the operational efficiency of the original organization and business body.
100% of the company's members are domestic medical asset management and business management research institutes, with practical backgrounds from the directors and team members of the clinical department management, medical information and medical quality departments of major medical centers, and has a medical consultant group of about 60 people, with an average of 26 years of experience in the medical field. The company adopts the management experience of medical holding structure to assist medium and large hospitals in professional and systematic management consulting services. In the past three years, he has participated in a total of 11 national and government programs, accumulated 70 cooperative manufacturers (including the world's top 500 manufacturers), and nearly 4,000 physicians on the physician talent pool platform, and continued to introduce professional resources for the main axis of operation.
